You can safely pay your Electricity, Natural Gas and Internet bills with a debit or prepaid card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club of Alpha Bank).
You are now able to pay the bills amounting above €200 in up to 6 interest-free installments* via VISA or MasterCard credit card.

* The installments do not apply when you pay the equipment of Photovoltaic Systems or Internet bills. Please enter the required details.

Partial or late payment of bills:
• does not exclude the payment of interest
• does not suspend disconnection due to debt

Electricity Bills
If the supply is disconnected due to debt, payments are accepted but for reconnection you must provide proof of the transaction at any PPC Store or contact the PPC Customer Service by calling free of charge at 800-900-1000 or 800-500-7000 (for business) in order to submit a reconnection request.

Internet Bills
If the service is blocked due to overdue debts, please contact the Customer Support Service by calling free of charge at 214-214-8555, in order to send the proof of transaction and submit a reconnection request.
